I am very happy to share with you that a sight has been found!! Sasko, the baby and I reached Belgrade and met with the scouts yesterday. It seems beautiful from what I heard and the pictures I saw. A valley surrounded by forest with a river running through it, a canyon nearby and a meadow with wild horses on the way. For now we have permission to use the land where Uros started the garden and will ask for permission for rest of the land when we get there. It is pretty wild and deserted, we believe there will not any problems… Uros will be there from saturday,July 5th and Sasko, little Skaska and I will join him on the 7th.

*Here are the directions:

>From Belgrade you go southeast to PARACIN. You can get there by highway
(BELGRADE- NIS and get off in Paracin) or go by smaller roads (thorugh MLADENOVAC – KRAGUJEVAC – JAGODINA – CUPRIJA – PARACIN). Then you go east 27 km, direction ZAJECAR, turn left when you see sign for village STRAZA. Follow that road for about 20 km and you will reach a crossroad where you turn right for Brezovica (a huge meadow, if you’re lucky horses will greet you on the way:) Follow the main road for about 14km, leave your car somewhere there and check for Rainbow signs. There will be a forest path on your right that goes downwards, stay to your right and you will meet the river MIZLOK. Follow the path parallel to the river for about 5 km and you will reach the small Garden of Love Seed camp. WELCOME HOME!!! We still dont know exactly where we will locate the welcome center,because the grass is huuuge, but this will be our first base.
There is another way to get there for those who want to go by foot, 4 wheel drive vehicle or tractor. From PARACIN go east to the town BOR.
Then go to village ZLOT (also a local bus goes there) and go to "Zlotska pecina – Zlot cave" and "Lazarev kanjon – Lazar’s canyon". 50 meters from the sign for Lazar’s canyon turn left and follow this road for 8 km. We will be there…
Brothers and sisters please bring all you can, big pots, kitchen equipment, axes, shovels, saws, buckets, tarps, ropes, etc.
We didnt buy any kitchen stuff for now, so please inform us if anything is coming with the families from Spain, France, Italy.
The rest we will buy along the way.
I contacted Nadim regarding Rainbow things left in Bosnia. We still dont know what has been stored there, but he will bring it.
